Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with us is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (we accept orders by phone, fax or online)

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from us, click the "add to cart" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the cart's "continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "remove" link next to the title of the product. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the shopping cart, click the "continue to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping Info

Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We will estimate shipment and delivery dates for you on the order form. Shipping Information

Provide a Method of Payment

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, company check or money order. All orders must be prepaid. If you are paying by C.O.D. you must use certified funds. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Continue" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. Note: tax is not included on most items unless specified.
