Perfect for users who are not in the office, the IP SoftPhone will allow these employees to connect to the office with there PC using VOIP and make and receive phone calls as if they were actually in the office. The iPhoneManager RFA must be used in conjunction with the Phone Manager Pro RFA.

The iPhoneManager IP Softphone by is an IP telephone client for Windows-based PCs for use on the IP Office. It provides transparent access to real time voice communications and productivity enhancing PhoneManager Po features such as managing multiple call appearances, transfer and conference.

IP Softphone iPhoneManager offers simple point and click dialing from Microsoft Outlook contact lists, phone numbers displayed within Internet Explorer pages and LDAP-based directories.

Incoming calls can be synchronized with directory look-ups for simple screen pop applications. Instant messaging and presence tracking help iPhoneManager IP Softphone users become aware of each other's current availability and to communicate appropriately via a phone call or instant message.

The iPhoneManager RFA for the IP Office is a license that is loaded into the IP Office system. The IP Office PhoneManager Pro RFA is required for the iPhoneManager to work.
