The reputation of Kentrox was built on its Data Service Unit/Channel Service Unit (DSU/CSU) product line. The company pioneered multi-service access concentrator technology in 1993, which was used in a successful line of AAC™ products that connect voice, video and data traffic with public ATM services and private WANs.

In 2004, Kentrox developed the Q-Series™ line of QoS access products to address the growing need for quality-of-service for converged IP networks. Q-Series provides the industry's first affordable, easy-to-use, quality-of-service solutions to small/medium businesses and branch offices. And leveraging their experience supplying CSUs and cross-connects to thousands of wireless networks since 1989, Kentrox developed the CrossPATH® 3G in 2005 for deployment in high-density wireless cell sites.

Kentrox solutions are sold through a network of VARs, distributors, carriers and system integrators.
