• Service Observing. Allows one extension to listen in on (observe) a call at another extension as in a typical Customer Service call.
• SMDR. Gives system managers the choice to log or not to log incoming and outgoing UDP calls.
• Calls transferred from an Automated Attendant to non-local extensions are redirected after a timeout period back to the originating Automated Attendant extension programmed to receive redirected calls
• Calls directed to a remote system can be answered by any extension programmed to answer the call, such as a centralized Automated Attendant or a system operator.
• Night Service coverage, Group Coverage and Calling group overflow coverage can be provided across a private network to a centralized Automated Attendant.

Release 7.0 includes all Release 6.1 functionalities above, plus the enhancements listed below.

• Supports the Legend 016 ETR Module allowing customers to use existing Partner MLS, Partner ETR (Euro style), Transtalk 9000 and business cordless 905 telephones on the Legend system.
• Expanded Digital Station Capacity. The Legend 016 MLX Module can increase the maximum number of digital telephones. (CKE 4 or 5)
• Voice Announce for idle only option on MLX telephones.
• Priority Call Queuing.
• Calling party name on Caller ID and support for the Legend 408 GS/LS MLX with Caller ID module.
• Touch-Tone or Rotary Signaling.
• Abandoned call info is reported to Legend Reporter.
• 5 Year Warranty
